Ingredients

- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp olive oil, for searing tuna
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, for drizzling
