Seared Ginger-Garlic Tuna with Sesame-Roasted Broccoli

A deliciously light and flavorful GLP-1 friendly dinner featuring seared tuna fillets and roasted broccoli tossed in a savory sesame-ginger sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz tuna fillets, wild-caught, sashimi-grade
- 4 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 lime wedges, for serving

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss the broccoli florets with 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp each of the grated ginger and minced garlic. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender and lightly charred.

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, rice vinegar, and the remaining ginger and garlic.
