Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil spray
- 1/2 tsp salt
