Seared Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Ginger Broccoli

Lean pork tenderloin seared to perfection and coated in a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze. Served with a side of garlicky stir-fried broccoli for a fiber-packed GLP-1 friendly meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed of excess fat
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, low-sodium
- 4 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season all over with salt and pepper.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp of olive oil and sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
