Sesame Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
