Sichuan Beef and Broccoli Noodle Bowls

Saucy Sichuan-inspired beef and tender-crisp broccoli over a bed of nutrient-packed soba noodles. A quick, one-pan dinner the whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces soba noodles
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil.
