Sizzling Szechuan Beef and Broccoli Bowls

Tender beef and crisp broccoli in a bold, garlicky Szechuan sauce served over nutty brown rice. A family-friendly twist on a Chinese takeout classic!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 4 cups broccoli florets, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Szechuan chili oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and Szechuan chili oil. Toss to coat and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
