Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean beef sirloin, thinly sliced, 93% lean
- 4 cups Broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Brown rice, cooked
- 3 tbsp Tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 whole Scallions, sliced

In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
