Spicy Korean Beef Bulgogi Bowls

Tender, marinated Korean beef bulgogi served over fluffy white rice with crunchy veggies and a spicy gochujang sauce - a family-friendly global dinner the whole crew will love!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp gochujang, Korean chili paste
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is cooked through and slightly charred.
