Ingredients

- 1 cup grated carrot
- 2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 12 leaves Boston or bibb lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Stir in the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and gochujang. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
