Spicy Sesame Beef Noodle Bowls

Crispy, caramelized sesame beef served over a bed of tender udon noodles with fresh veggies - a weeknight family favorite inspired by Thai and Japanese flavors!
Ingredients
- 8 oz udon noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced steak, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp honey. Toss to coat and let marinate for 10 minutes.
