Spicy Szechuan Beef and Broccoli Bowls

A flavorful, family-friendly take on classic Szechuan beef stir-fry, served over fluffy jasmine rice.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets, bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat the beef evenly.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
