Szechuan Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Tender beef and crisp broccoli tossed in a flavorful Szechuan-inspired sauce - a family-friendly Chinese take-out favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sriracha, or to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 whole green onions, sliced
- 4 cups cooked rice

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and sriracha. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned on the edges, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
