Szechuan Beef Stir-Fry

A flavorful, family-friendly take on classic Szechuan beef with tender stir-fried beef, crisp veggies, and a savory-sweet sauce. Serve over steamy white rice for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat the beef and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
