Szechuan-Style Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

A family-friendly take on classic Chinese beef and broccoli with a bold Szechuan-inspired sauce and crisp-tender veggies.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
- 4 cups broccoli florets, bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, or more to taste
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups cooked brown rice

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
