Teriyaki Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Bowls

Tender marinated beef and crisp-tender broccoli in a sweet and savory homemade teriyaki sauce, served over fluffy jasmine rice for a healthy, flavorful family meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked according to package
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

In a large resealable bag, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Seal and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
