- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
