Teriyaki Pork Stir-Fry Bowls

A flavorful family-friendly stir-fry featuring tender pork, colorful vegetables, and homemade teriyaki sauce, all served over fluffy brown rice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked according to package instructions
- 2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, red or yellow, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
