Teriyaki Salmon Stir-Fry with Bok Choy

- 8 oz bok choy, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, julienned

- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
