Vibrant Brazilian Picanha Steak Skewers with Chimichurri

Tender picanha steak marinated in a zesty Brazilian marinade, grilled to perfection and served with a fresh, herby chimichurri sauce. A family-friendly taste of Brazil!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs picanha steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces

In a large bowl, combine the picanha steak, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, and salt. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

In a separate bowl, mix together the parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes to make the chimichurri sauce. Set aside.
