Zesty Brazilian Picanha Skewers with Black Bean Quinoa Bowls

Juicy grilled picanha steak skewers with a Brazilian-inspired marinade, served over hearty black bean and quinoa bowls for a flavorful, protein-packed family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs picanha steak, or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 lime wedges, for serving

In a large resealable bag, combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed picanha steak and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated steak onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
