Zesty Korean Beef and Broccoli Bowls

Tender marinated beef and crisp broccoli in a savory-sweet Korean-inspired sauce, served over fluffy jasmine rice.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked according to package instructions
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Toss to coat the beef and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
