- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 4 green onions, sliced
